MEETINGS EVERY MONDAY EVENING, 7:30-8:30 p.m. AND THURSDAY EVENING, 6:45-7:45 p.m.
Refuge Recovery is a program of recovery from all types of addiction and the suffering caused by addiction. It uses Buddhism’s Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path as its main inspiration and guiding philosophy. These meetings are based on the book, “Refuge Recovery: A Buddhist Path to Addiction Recovery” by Noah Levine. Meetings last one hour and include readings from this and other books as well as meditation practice and group sharing, with an emphasis on providing a community of support for its members. A donation is requested but not required for attendance. For more info, email: firstname.lastname@example.org
